Crunchy

For those of you who are wondering, let me clarify what a “crunchy mamacita” is.

The urban dictionary defines crunchy as: 1. persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc. 2. quasi/modern day hippie

The urban dictionary defines mamacita as: 1. little mama, 2. hot mama

So that pretty much describes me. I recycle, breastfeed, cloth diaper, co-sleep, babywear, believe in all natural births, unschool, eat whole and organic foods, and sincerely care about our planet. As far as being hot, I’d like to think I still am even though I don’t wear makeup, or spend time doing my hair, or wear the cutest clothes.
