Meatless Monday- Avocado Hummus

 This is one of my favorite lunches to eat when I am at home. Usually Jimmy is the hummus maker in the family but I made this avocado hummus the other day and it was awesome!

Avocado Hummus
1 avocado, pitted and chopped
1 cup chick peas/garbanzo beans, drained
1 1/2 tsp. tahini paste
2 Tbs. plain greek yogurt
2 tsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
salt to taste

Throw everything into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy with raw organic vegetables, pita chips, or spread it on a sandwich. It's delicious however you eat it and so healthy for you!
