I made Bakerella's Mini Maple Pancakes Muffins for breakfast the other day and they were so delicious! I used half whole wheat flour and frozen organic blueberries instead of chocolate chips and my boys gobbled them up like crazy! You really must try this recipe. It was so easy and MUCH less time consuming than cooking pancakes.
