Cut three 2x12 inch pieces of fabric. If you have a larger wrist you might want to make the strips a little longer, you can always trim it to fit.
Stack all three pieces on top of one another and sew together on one end. This is what it looks like when spread out.
Safety pin to something and start braiding. The looser your braid the more flexible your bracelet will be.
Sew the end when you finish the braid. Size the bracelet on your wrist and pin it making sure you have enough slack to slide it off and on. Take it off and sew the ends together.
Trim off any loose threads and any excess fabric that is left on the ends after you have sewn it together. Flip it so that the ends are in the inside of the bracelet and enjoy your new creation :)
I can't wait to make more of these!
