Jumbo 3-Chip Cookies!

In case you missed my guest post at Something Swanky last week, here is a recipe for the most amazing cookies!

I was craving cookies the other day and I just happened to have three different kinds of morsels in my fridge. I knew immediately which cookies I would be making, one of my favorites! You have to try these delicious cookies!!! You will love me for it :)
Recipe adapted from a Nestle Collection cookbook.
INGREDIENTS
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Reeses peanut butter chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine first three dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in the 3 different morsels reserving some for topping the cookies. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, drop by level 1/4 cup measure 2 inces apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets for two minutes then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
I don't know about you all but this is my kind of cookie!
